LEARNING ABOUT HEROES THROUGH LEGENDS

History, literature and equal opportunities, especially in the sense of sharing and understandingpartners’ varied cultural heritage.The project looked at three contrasting cultural heritage areas: myths and legends about dragons; heroesand heroines; and art and architecture.Legends to share with other countries to recognize the legends of other countries at the same bench of society by learning to recognize the legendsLegends are old stories. Legends tell us about history, traditions,brave and helpful people. They are sometimes true,but sometimes not true.How do we know old stories?The first people on earth told stories in pictures.They drew picture stories on rocks.Later,old people told stories and young people listened when they came together. People travelled and the stories travelled , too. Stories passed from person to person ,from generation to generation. They were sometimes the same, sometimes different. Then people invented writing and they wrote the stories.More people learned them. 'When you say a word , İt flies away.
