Project coordinator is Nõo kinderkarden Krõll from Estonia. Our goal is to be modern educational institution opened do development and offering qualitative pre-primary education and childcare. We believe, that image of institution is made by people, who work there. That's why we find it is extremely important to have professional cadre, also helping employee to become there. MAIN GOAL To create modern conditions for learning, getting experiences and thru this dynamic enhance our institution. The kindergardens participation in international cooperation is pretty new issue in our near area (Tartu country). We want to be active in international cooperation with goal to become more experienced and employ new skills and knowledge. Also share our our experience with colleagues from other kindergardens near us. There will be participating 7 persons in this project: kindergarden worker (position not set), 4 preschool teachers, music teacher, head teacher. One preschool teacher will participate in course (Latvia). The course will give preschool teachers and preschool music teachers an opportunity to learn different approaches of how to use music in the daily pedagogical process and to familiarize children with music of different centuries and styles. 6 persons will participate in job shadow, two persons in each country: Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy. Participants has their goals and tasks, witch are different from other participant who may participate in the same institution, at the same time. Goals depend from position in the kindergarden. During job shadowwing preschool teachers are going to observe and analyze activities, make notes about games role in learning activity (3 teachers in different countries). The music teacher will get overview about activities, work organization and documentation in special music group. Also music teacher duties, cooperation opportunities with colleagues, individual work with kids and so on. Special attention on preparation and organization special days and traditional celebration in kindergarden. One participant (position not set) has goal in Bulgarian kindergarden Arabella to get overview supporting system of those children, who live with one parent or grandparents, because their parents have left to work abroad. Also make review, how this situation have effect on children. Participant also will acquaint with supporting system of kids with special needs in this kindergarden. The head teachers role during job shadowwing is to get overview of Italian preshcool education organization, documentation, duties and responsibility sharing at the leading of institution, curriculum development principle, kindergarden work organization. The head teacher of Nõo kindergarden Krõll is responsible for coordination of this project. The partner organization is responsible for reseption participants. There will be signed written contracts between Nõo kindergarden Krõll and partner organizations about plan of action, duties and rights of party. The written contract about participate in project will be signed between coordination kindergarden and participant also. For introduce countrys of partner organizations, there will be organized culture evening for Nõo kinderkarden staff before first mobility activity. The person with earlier experience of organize mobility activity will be our guest there. Timing of mobility activities: 1.September 2014, Italy / Santa Margherita Ligure Institute 2. September 2014, Bulgaria / Kindergarden Arabella 3. April 2015, Latvia / Course "Viva la Musica!" 4. April - may 2015 Croatia / Kindergarden Jarun There will be made notes, analysis, photos and videos about activity during project by participants. The participants will write report 1,5-2 months after mobility activity about experience what they had, what they already have put to use and how they plan in future put to use their knowledge. RESULTS The project will influence the individual development of each participant as well as affect the work of the institution as a whole. At the end of project participants will have unique experience, ability and knowledge, what could be used in work and shared with colleagues. The participation had influence to their field of view, supported lifelong learning, improved language skills and knowledge about educational system of other cultures. The result of project will affect our kindergarden curriculum and learning activities. The participated kindergardens will found us as good and loyal international partners, whit whom they can cooperate in the future as well. The international cooperation is a huge step in our institution development. Our staff is highly motivated participate in international cooperation. The project has he influenced positively to the image of kindergarden Krõll. Our institution offer qualitative pre shcool education and child care, we are modern and capable of progress.
