Leaders without borders a model for the exchange of leaders in the Oresund Region
The goal of this project is to test and develop a method to exchange leaders in the Oresund Region, mainly head librarians and other leading cultural civil servants. The project works with 3 types of exchange models. This co-operation should lead to developing the libraries into central institutions in the regions cultural development work and to the establishment of a professional network and on the long term a permanent development council for libraries in the Oresund Region.
