The "Mission Locale de l'Agglomeration Lens - Lievin" works in the socio-professional integration of young people and has developed an international center . This project is part of our commitment to developing international mobility as insertion vector and propose ambassadors territory , mobility and the Louvre -Lens . Our goal is to enable young people to benefit from a rewarding experience abroad while taking into account the experience and skills of each, in a logic of promotion. It is therefore encouraging them to participate in international training and mobility. We consider mobility as a means of integration and diversity, to develop social , professional and intercultural skills. This is creating a break with the everyday environment of the young , to allow it to empower , to empower but also to identify, strengthen and build on the skills acquired. Through this project , we want young people to access information about current mobility devices and assist them in achieving their mobility project in order to achieve greater openness, autonomy , of understanding the concepts of teamwork , learn about other cultures and finally to develop language skills, personal and professional . Mission Locale is an information space , support to social and professional integration. To inform, educate and support the efforts of young people, we also decided to host European volunteers in our area and we are welcome voluntary Ukrainian so she could testify about her experiences with employees of the structure and youth welcome. By its presence , it helps to develop within the structure and youth a better understanding of European diversity. We want to develop more European mobility on our territory, and the association Petit Home contacted us to become home EVS volunteer structure. The association is interested in the issue of multilingualism in a collective Nursery . Educational workshops were set up in this way experimentally first and then extended to other educational project micro- crèches. In a second step , the association is interested in multilingualism which had already taken place in families where another language is spoken at home. The work of collecting information and research is extensive and has been shared with parents during a meeting with a specialist multilingual speech . Welcome in a young EVS is the continuity of the educational project and it fits perfectly in the voluntary project. Foster children in micro -crèches Le Petit HOME are the future of Europe tomorrow. They will live to adulthood in a dynamic cultural exchange , professional and therefore language . Le Petit HOME offers these " little human " their first cultural exchange! Le Petit HOME is in this process of openness to others and chooses the pedagogy of inclusion by identifying, recognizing , understanding the differences between individuals regarded as wealth that must be shared . Welcome in a young EVS is also given the opportunity to a young European to enrich our practices, our environment and our culture. The volunteer will have a key role for the team, for our organization , for families and especially for children .
