Le Grand Tour de la seconde chance - la lutte contre l'exclusion
Start date: Sep 1, 2014, End date: Aug 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our project proposal " Grand Tour of the second chance - the fight against exclusion" was designed as a replica of a painful reality in Romania today : many young people fail the baccalaureate exam and fail to find a job. Therefore our Association intends to launch a project that remedied this problem and which falls in the current European context unfinished education is one of the main problems of education systems. Our project meets the requirements of the European Commission to focus on a particularly vulnerable public ( young adults 19 to 25 years without a degree out of traditional education systems which must deal with social problems and human marquees ) to fight against exclusion thereof, involve companies from the start to the effort of training, use of active teaching facilitating the action rather than passive learning. It aims to accompany these young people on their way to professional and social integration, to provide an individualized and customized training course to help them build their own professional project, to provide a path tracking (follow-up) in order to realize sustainable integration into the labor market. During training we propose that it involves an alternation between theoretical courses in which young adults will set up their theoretical knowledge on subjects of general education and practical training in enterprises, which will enable them to discover an industry to choose a profession and acquire skills essential to practice the profession in question. The training course offered by us has a socio-cultural dimension because we intend to reintegrate in society as active and responsible citizens. We will make available such artistic activities, cultural, voluntary, environmental protection, practical workshops knowledge of the contemporary world conference on active citizenship, as well as theater workshops expression. Our Association has selected the project team defined by flexibility, the ability to take initiative, self-confidence, skill international mobility, cross cultural awareness, openness and the ability to take a different approach, mid-level skills in French and ICT and we specified the role of each member in the team. We then defined the team's needs and we concluded that a training course abroad would be absolutely necessary to ensure the transfer of innovation within our project a real European added value. Based on these requirements we have chosen our partner (Laboratorio del cittadino Onlus) and training "The Grand Tour in Europe : creativity, innovation, active citizenship and intercultural dialogue". We are concerned about the management of the project itself hearsay and practical and logistical aspects of it, writing a Memorandum of Understanding (a Placement Agreement) between partners, designating obligations of each. We prepared also language training program, the participants in cultural and intercultural European mobility. A crucial step of our project will be the participation of our 10 trainers to European mobility, followed by the implementation of new arrangements, European cross-sectional methods, curriculum innovation in our project, the transfer of innovation, as follows: Flow 1, Paris, France, 13-17/10/2014 Flow 2, Florence, Italy, 20-24/04/2015 Flow 3, Berlin, Germany, 18-23/05/2015 The results of this project will be measured in terms of acquisition of knowledge, transferable skills, innovative and creative methods (also including ICT) implementation of innovative devices, our association becoming a European shared resource on socio-pedagogical innovation. Our target audience is the direct beneficiary of the innovations of this project: young adults succeed in your appropriate knowledge, skills and life skills necessary to pass their baccalaureate, to integrate into the labor market work and become active and responsible citizens. We also thought to the benefits of our long-term project, the actions undertaken by the Ministry of Education to the creation of a national network devices of the type second chance for a coherent and unitary vision of this system, a strategy common for a legislated framework for their actions, for the validation of skills of the learners, for the creation of additional devices support adults without qualifications and unemployed. We will also undertake a plan to increase the visibility of the results of our project, because we are aware that a good project is worth nothing without a good distribution of development results. At all stages of the project, a steering committee will evaluate it to see if the objectives have been achieved and to what extent, using the method of Deming Wheel, also known as the PDCA approach (Plan-Do-Check-Act), which offra us the opportunity to intervene in time to remedy the problems appeared.
