We are involved in a common project where the main theme is Special Education. Three different projects will join it with a common purpose, helping and caring dissable persons. On the one hand, from Spain, the College of Special Education "Pili Varo" of AFANAS The Port and Bay in Rota,; Andalusia, Spain, Special Education school center and "Eken Preschool" and "Basic Special School" in Börlange, Sweden. The purpose of this project is the personal and professional growth of those taking care for children with special educational needs, sharing working methods, educational strategies, support materials and methodologies and new insights about the treatment of people with disabilities. This will be done through communicative exchanges through social networks, email, conferences, where experiences , documents and goals will be shared. It is very important to emphasize the mobility of the different groups of professionals to observe in situ the way of working of the respective co-partners. This project will be included the full range of professionals who care for children with intellectual disabilities, such as teachers or tutors, educational assistants technicians, psychologist, speech therapist, psychomotor therapist and physiotherapist, will be included in this project, a total of nine professionals. Activities such as direct observation, info and analysis, , sharing, working in assembly and group feedback for drawing final conclusions will be held. The methodology for carrying out the project will be participative, in groups, pop and spiraling mainly based on the analysis of processes, not just from the results. We hope that this experience great benefits contribution to the daily work that takes place in special education centers , generating a breadth of vision in the care of people with intellectual disabilities and improving their overall development. Finally, we hope that this experience will have a positive impact for both children, families and professionals as well as for local educational community and society , and letting know to the political representatives how the different administrations exercise actions could be improved to ensure an increased aid and progress of this group and making Europe a better place to all.
