Maskulinskie Forest District is a great didactic forest area that can serve a practical professional education. It is used by vocational and high forestry schools students and apprentices. In order to create European quality of vocational education, our District applies for Erasmus + for raising of professional competences of VET’s staff. We are going to arrange two stages of raising the competences in 2014 and 2015 year, eight people in each of them. Both stages are connected and allow to realize educational requirements of our instructors. The activity is divided into thematically shared blocks including the participation in classes and presentation of didactic objects concerning a forest economy in Lower Saxony. The participants of the projects will work up and make public their experience in according to the vocational specialization. Educational methods, which can be adapted to the Polish reality, may be used in professional education. Job shadowing and job observing are the best way to acquire some experience. That is why our project sets up participation of our instructors in studies with German youth and getting to know teaching resources. The improvement of personal competences of VET’s instructors will be the result of the project. The participants will acquire experience on functioning of a professional educational center of vocational education with European contacts. The project will also allow to get personal contacts with German instructors and to improve language competences of VET’s staff. International contacts and job observing abroad will give a possibility to introduce European quality in forestry vocational education in Maskulinskie Forest District. Due to make abroad experiences public, every participant of vocational education of forestry in Poland will be able to adapt conclusions to their own needs.
