Labour market inclusion through e-learning for vulnerable groups – development research and methodologies/on-line modules

This project reacts to the 2007 opening of the labour market to the asylum seekers, living more than a year in Slovakia and for migrants under complimentary protection. Till 2007 only the recognized refugees could work and attend trainings of the Labour Office. Thus the social workers are not prepared to meet needs of the target group, shall be trained for job/career counselling and to introduce e-learning job-content Slovak language trainings. A main aim is to promote the e-learning training in support of the labour market inclusion of the refugees, asylum seekers with a year stay and migrants granted complimentary protection.
