Laboratory: Technology of Involvement
Start date: May 11, 2015, End date: Dec 10, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The training course LAB - "Laboratory - Technology of involvement" was executed on the spectacular site of hostel "Cap Wörth" in Velden am Wörthersee (Carinthia-Austria) from 23rd to 30th of August 2015 (6 working days: 24. - 29.08.2015), working language was English. During that week 27 youth workers from 8 countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Romania, Spain and Austria) together with a professional trainer developed appropriate models of motivating their youth-groups to actively participate in their NGO's, as well as in their local communities and beyond. „Laboratory: Technology of involvement“ was based on the fact, that group leaders from different NGO's are able to increase the quality of Youth Exchanges through finding innovative ways of motivation and gain new skills and knowledge. The main idea was to find a peculiar form of leadership where the leader is not a teacher or mentor, but plays the role of a facilitator who knows how to involve and motivate youngsters. The project aims to assist and help current or future group leaders to develop and increase their competences and become more active in the field of international youth work, especially in the implementation of highest quality and creativity in their future Youth Exchanges under the Erasmus+ program.
