A unique cross-border structure enables the development of four types of innovative action: new publicawareness-raising campaigns, the Eurotopiques festival, a cross-border school for the public and a French-Belgian mix of programmes. The partners also involve the population in the artistic creative work.Moreover, a complementary project of the lead partner includes more locations and activities to reach the population in the rural area. For this group, the partners organise specific actions related to mobility andcross-border youth work.
