Proeuro-Cons Association organizes professional training courses, conducts documentation for the management of various projects and human resources, and provides training for adults. After analyzing the results obtained and our development plan, we have identified certain needs in our organization: the implementation of new methods and techniques for stimulating the training by acquiring digital skills, the increase of confidence in lifelong learning programs and the achievement intercultural skills necessary in today's society, in order to be prepared always for a changing labor market. Thus, this project aims the acquisition of skills for planning and managing collaboration projects by improving competences to use new technologies and existing infrastructure in the organization in a most appropriate way. The aim of the project is to encourage trainers to promote Intercultural Education in their training practice and to offer them a methodology about including digital media in the intercultural education. We also need to develop personal techniques to enable an activity who reduces the risk of occurrence daily routine, and to raise awareness of our trainers of the necessity to use e-learning platforms, the advantages of their use in training and their potential for future projects Erasmus +. Since the needs identified in our organization turn around the development of digital and intercultural skills of our trainers and trainees, we believe that through the program we proposed, through the professional and personal benefits that will result from interactive sessions and cultural program they will participate in, the two courses selected meet the needs of integrating these skills in our future work. During the project, twelve European mobilities are organized and will be attended by trainers who are motivated and whose profile meets our criteria and, not least, who are able to disseminate project activities in order to achieve the desired result. These mobilities will have a great success because adults’ trainers from many European countries will be participating and the most important result of these activities will be that each team will develop a methodology in using ICT in the training. The aim of this project is not only to participate in a training session abroad, but also to give the opportunity to other trainers and teachers from our association and from Romania to improve their digital and intercultural skills. Between the 3rd and 9th of August, 2014, will take place 6 individual mobilities in order to take part in the course "Digital Literacy for the Collaborative Classroom" in Dublin, Ireland. Between the 22nd and 28th of September, 2014, other six of our trainers will participate in the training course "ICT as a Tool for Intercultural and Media Education", which will be organized by CREF Sesimbra Educational Resources and Training Centre in Sesimbra, Portugal. The courses will allow rapid learning of digital literacy so that participants will become confident and enough trained to demonstrate the best practices in training, using ICT tools. The skills acquired as a result of participating in interactive workshops, group work sessions with participants from other countries, using programs as Prezi, Weebly, Wordle, Scratch, Schoology, Audacy will contribute to the improvement and modernization of training sessions that we offer to adults through integrating ICT resources and increasing participation in lifelong learning of adults from different working areas. Following a dissemination plan carefully planned, our association will promote language learning and linguistic diversity, the use of new technologies in adult education and enhance the contribution to active citizenship and intercultural dialogue. The first result of the project will be reflected in the professional and personal skills that will contribute to increase the quality level of our specialists’ training sessions by making new courses more attractive and adding European value to our institution. Thus, we will propose and offer new, more modern, better, in terms of quality, training programs, which will achieve the European standards and improve many of the key skills necessary for adults.
