- The starting point of our project is the lack of teaching staff qualified for CLIL practice, as required by law. - Besides, one of our school main objectives, given also the priority role of subjects such as Foreign Languages and Economic Subjects, is improving the international dimension of learning, as part of the Plan of European Development included in our school POF. - Therefore, CLIL methodology will not only be applied to final year classes and with technical subjects as required by legislation, but it will become a key feature throughout the whole teaching/learning process in our school. - Our participants will be 10 teachers with level of English A2-B2, already acquainted with CLIL methodology, plus a non-teaching staff member who is responsible for the administrative management of European projects in our school. - The Project Committee deals with selecting courses and teachers for mobility, preparation of participants, scheduling courses. -At the end of the mobility experience, the teachers will share their experiences and materials with colleagues from the same subjects, will realize CLIL modules to be used also in other teachers’ classes thanks to a “Project for In-School Mobility”, will carry our etwinning projects about their modules with classes from other European countries, will share their experience and material on the school website. Besides, all schools from our area will be able to benefit our teachers’experiences and the materials they have produced for our school. Finally, they will attend meetings organised by cultural, vocational and educational associations and groups in our area, as well as have their CLIL modules integrated in the courses organised by the Università per gli Adulti in our town. -What this project will produce in terms of results and dissemination both inside and outside our school will be the starting point of the internazionalisation of learning, which represents a priority in the long-term future of our school.
