Our school is located in the town of Bembibre in the province of Leon.We believe in the inclusion of a small town in a quality language learning project.We promote multilingualism through our projects in French and Portuguese.We believe on a project with institutional approach to identify the needs of the school and try to remedy them through a European development plan.We encourage linguistic diversity and improving language learning through intercultural awareness.The teacher´s longlife learning is the base of a teaching-learning process of quality. Teachers must continually retrain our knowledge, approaches, methodology and experiences in order to obtain the educational excellence. Education is constantly changing and developing, and we must change and adapt to time.English is increasingly important in our society once, not just as a tool for finding better jobs, but also as a complement to a personal training in a global world.Our project: "SPEAKING AS THE BASIS OF LEARNING ENGLISH: ENGLISH FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF KEY SKILLS," aims to train teachers of the school through structured courses abroad, developing the linguistic competence, the European dimension of the education process ,the international relationships, etc...We will try to grow in a professional and personal way and to improve our teaching skills with new methodological approaches.In addition, these courses serve as intrinsic motivation for the teachers involved, updating heir eagerness to learn.The organizers (Cork English World and Bell Center) enjoy prestige in their training duties.Participants are two teachers of the school: The class teacher of the 3th level also taught English in 3rd and 4th level, and the teacher of Music, Arts and Crafts, developing their subjects in English in the 3rd, 4th and 5th level. Both have experience in training abroad and wish to continue recycled both to improve their language skills in English as the educational and cultural on the Anglo-Saxon world.The involvement of the school in the Erasmus + program will provide prestige to our institution and will give to the school a more international dimension.Students will understand that training is not only a task for school-age students, but is a continuous, permanent and should be encouraged along life's work. Learning is a lifelong project, whereupon, we are instilling values of self-improvement and effort.
