La educación emprendedora con una visión europea en el Colegio Almanzor

We are a teaching cooperative, called “Vicente Aleixandre”, which is formed by 17 members. We work at “Colegio Almanzor” a school which encompasses the stages of Pre-school (without nursery), Primary school and Secondary school.
Our Educational Project recently includes among their plans the entrepreneural culture plan. This plan is based upon the European 2020 strategy in the educational field.
This plan is intended to affect every educational level of the school center, enhancing an attitude of integration, of creativity and of cooperation by attending structured courses and mobility programs that may ease the training through the encounter with other countries with enterprising experiences. These shared meetings might lead to draw new conclusions and build innovative alternatives together.
.-Therefore, the candidates profile will demand as its first requisite a good level of compromise with the European Development Plan, as well as initiative and/or expertise in methodologies that favor an existential and creative learning process.
Based upon the needs enclosed in our European Development Plan, we think necessary to carry out structured courses about:
Training to put into practice the development of the entrepreneurial education through the different areas in the European context.
.-To know the methodology to carry out the entrepreneurial project through the different stages of our center: Pre-School, Primary and Secondary schools.
.-Incorporation of the quality development and the internationalization in the globalization of the learning process.
.-Our integration in Europe has an essential foundation in the educative context. In this direction we realize the need to fulfill and enrich our teaching training with the educational expertise from other countries, especially the United Kingdom, with methodological careers and strategies aimed at the entrepreneurial education and at the cooperation as a vehicle to achieve a first class education.
.-The necessity to share educational experiences with other European countries, like United Kingdom, because we think that our students have to learn in an open and alive Europe to grow in enterprising experiences that answer the European surroundings of which we are part.
.-We need to know the reality of the education of this competence in other countries.
The methodology carried out to develop the project was done in the following way:
-Identification of the necessity of training in entrepreneurial culture at European level.
-Setting out the project’s objectives.
-Application for a structured course in the United Kingdom which will provide us with the methodological and evaluative tools that are necessary to integrate the development of creativity, the innovation and the cooperation in the curricular projects of cycles and areas, as well as in the classes programs of the different educational stages with an impact in our community (families, neighborhood, city and so forth).
-Implementation of the Project in its distinct phases of diffusion in the short, medium and long term.
Our main goal is to spread the experience of the project throughout all the stages of the center and to integer it into our daily working dynamic from an entrepreneurial and European point of view.
As a benefit, the effort for projects that develop the enterprising competence, the innovation, the creativity and the teamwork; that is to say, A SCHOOL FOR THE LIFE IN THE EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK.
