L'ITALIA@VOLA – (e-commerce dei prodotti tipici italiani)
Start date: Nov 1, 2014, End date: Oct 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project stems from the analysis of the national agri-food sector and its huge untapped potential. The use of new technologies is not so diffused and the trading of these products is developed particularly in the areas close to the production sites. Our agri-food products represent an important agricultural heritage recognized all over the world. This is a potenitial that must be increased considering that only few products are advertised by web marketing techniques or sold by an e-commerce service. On the subject it is interesting to notice how some countries have better profits and can sell in a better way although the lower quality of their product. The experience of mobility is addressed to 150 young people that have just now ended high school or that have been attending the last year of college in the field of agriculture, trading, information technology or tourism. Through these mobility experiences in the UK and in Spain we want to contribute to the professional growth and development of the agri-food sector, improving the trading competences. The partecipants will carry out an internship for 3 weeks in companies that deal with web marketing and e-commerce in the agri-food sector. The recruitment of candidates will be activated by the partner institutions; in support of this phase they will adopt social networks, mailing list, billposting, personal contacts... In the following phase of selection the organizers will check the skills and competences required and will identify candidates with the expected characteristics, that correspond to the language entry level (A2 level). The first preparation phase of the project will take place in 2 informative workshops in each partner's locations. During the first seminar, which will last 4 hours, the partners will provide information about the country and the city object of the mobility; in addiction to this they will also give them a self-learning multimedia about the foreign language, the information technolgy and information about typical products, that they will study before the departure. The second 4 hour meeting will concern the management of the administrative documents and the monitoring organization. The partners will verify the competences acquired by the participants with multimedia documents through tests composed of multiple choice questions. Finally they will present a blog where students will share their experiences in real time. The project planner, together with the expert of evaluation in skills and competences, will prepare a plan for each paticipants' mobility on the basis of their personal competences showed at the beginning. During the mobility candidates could use the multimedia content to enhance the language's knowledge of the host country's language. The second phase is relative to the organization of the mobility and the departure. Through the action of the partners, students will have a 3 weeks internship in companies operating in the web marketing and e-commerce and they will develop specific skills related to the webmarketing's process of agri-food products. Upon arrival the intermediary subjects will carry out the matching between the students and the enterprise through the curriculum vitae of the candidates. The learning outcomes make reference to the technical and professional skills referring to the professional unit “qualified professions in commercial activities and services" – code No. 5.1.2.5.2 – Distance seller; professional voice: online salesperson (website: http//professionioccupazione.isfol.it) The monitoring will be provided by the partner's staff, skype contacts, e-mail and through the blog. At the end of this experience the partner will give the participants the Europass mobility, the ECVET certification demonstrating the skills and competences acquired. Moreover, the training company Serindform will issue for all participants a certificate of attendance.
