Today we are all European citizens but do we know exactly who are our neighbors of the European Union ? Our relationship to the others and the idea that we have of the others are influenced by those clichés, are they? And we do have clichés! So we are going to start this project entitled 'European clichés' with the clichés that we have inbetween the inhabitants of France and Romania. First, we are going to take an inventory of them, and then face the youngsters with the reality. Bye the way, the reality of a stranger's mind is it the same as ours? We will leave France to Romania, then from Romania to France with all those questions, to increase our curiosity. With this curiosity around fifty French and Romanian teenagers will cooperate together during confrontation, cooperating and exchange activities durung creative, talks and cultural visits. The first part of the trip will be in Romania, in Purcareni from the 10th to the 20th july 2014. We will be welcomed in the host families for a better catch of the daily life in Romania. The second part of the trip will be in France. We will meet again and welcome them for 10 days until the 26th july 2014. In order to bind those two trips, we will realise a video showing all the cultural aspects, geographical, and historical aspects of each country, and the representation that the youngsters have. It will be interesting to see the evolution of their representation during the video. We wish to change the representation and the end of the clichés and a better knowledge and mutual respect. During this exchange between the two countries, we will organised the election of an ambassador for each country. This will made them aware of the roles and qualities of the ambassadors. It will made them think about their own leading parties and it will help them to be involved in the future and bring a different vision and ways. Thanks to these two ambassadors, the joint effort between the two groups, the two cities, and the two countries will be make durable.
