The aim of the project is to ensure and increase high-quality internships for students of vocational education institutions in the implementation of work-based training environment. Dinex Latvia are often faced with the problem that graduates do not have adequate professional skills which could be used for the company's production processes. Therefore, the company engaged in work-based training environment by providing for the educational process of students involved in education in accordance with the requirements of the company and the market segment needs. It also complies with the guidelines laid down in 2020 for new skills and jobs agenda.The project's objective is consistent with the Ministry of Education policy implemented - convince as many employers engage in collaboration with the educational institutions and the implementation of work-based learning environment.In order to achieve the project's objective, it is necessary to ensure the company's 3 supervisor training / work watching a similar scope of companies who have implemented practices methodology for compiling programs and practices in evaluating the results. Each of the three members representing the company's different areas of activity, so observation the work / training is different. Pleas project participants are responsible for the direct supervision of practices and its quality. They will be involved in co-operation with professional educational institutions to carry out practical training and internship program for drawing up the assessment of results.The project will result in an increased level of competence of professional practice leaders in providing innovative internship program development and evaluation of the results of practice methods which are appropriate LR vocational guidance and labor market requirements. The project ultimately will benefit the students of vocational education institutions, which will be provided with a higher quality working environment based training and vocational education institutions.Mobility result - participants will receive the Europass Mobility documents and certificates issued by the host organization.
