The overall context and background: Cleaning service is field that affects everyone in everywhere. However, this field often has lower values than it should have. Which also means that people working in this field are often under paid. On the other hand, role of purity has such a big impact for our lives through health, work performance, etc. On the field of cleaning optimal efficient working hours requires specialized competencies, while there are many employees who are self- learning or untrained people who think that anyone is capable of cleaning and do not need to learn it. Quite commonly the first job working/ moving abroad is cleaning service. According to this background it is essential that vocational skills are adequate evaluated and compared to different countries in the same field of vocational skills assessment. As it is very difficult to specify what is right and what is wrong, in the field of cleaning, it is very important to have different experiences for achieving assessment which will be objective and transparent. Goals of the project: 1.) acquaintance with grading system in Hungary in the field of cleaning 2.) introduce grading system used in Estonia in the field of cleaning 3.) analyse Hungarian grading system and in case of suitability improve grading system which is used in Estonia 4.) mapping potentials for mutual recognition of professional qualifications, in case of need and demand work on after the end of the project 5.) acquire knowledge for competition called Euroskills 6.) increase professional skills of the participants 7.) improve professional language skills, frame and expand common terminology 8.) increase the participants’ willingness to work and satisfaction of professional development The number and profile of the participants: 10 people- members of the professional committee of the field of cleaning and change agents of the professional competence assessment and professional development. In addition, participants will also be from among vocational teachers and change agents of employers. To achieve results it is important that mobility would include group of key people in the field of cleaning, which consist of professional committee and in addition most important key persons. The benefit from this mobility is much broader than personal development of the participants. Description of activities: Pre mobility- acquitting with competences of evaluation and professional system in the field of cleaning. Present the results of "The best cleaning practice in Europe". Sets an individual goal for each participant. Mobility: - acquaintance with vocational evaluation in Hungary. Visit to practical examination. Acquaintance with Hungarian training and developments in field of cleaning. Present the evaluation systems in Estonia. In total mobility is planned for 5 days. - analyses of the results Project management methodology: - agreeing on precise rules and obligations - setting clear goals and the introduction of various parties - each participant will get a task - analyses of the results -the project manager will take care of contracts with partners and participants and as much as possible direct billing (cost of travel, accommodation, etc.). Results and expected impacts: - improve evaluation process used in Estonia in the filed on -compare Hungarian and Estonian vocations in the field of cleaning, if possible to propose the mutual recognition of professional qualifications (having corresponding valid contract with Finland) - participants are competent in assessing professional competencies - expanded cooperation network, which creates a better basis for the European joint assessment of the competencies of professional qualifications assessment and wider promotion of the vocations in Estonia Benefits in the long run: - Estonia and Hungary recognize mutually cleaning service vocations -more effective cooperation among organisations in Estonia which develop field of cleaning and vocations evaluation assessments - vocations evaluation assessments system in Estonia is one of the best in Europe and there is willingness to introduce it to other countries and be the mentor of creating a vocations evaluation assessments in other countries.
