The improvement of the competences of the EU countries, the young man is very useful. Experience in foreign countries the young man is incredibly useful. In the part of the apprenticeship, the foreign tourism and the service sector, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the European labour market requirements, in particular, the concept of quality of work in the workplace. The main objective of the project "The application of creativity and innovation in the development of professional competencies in foreign countries the tourism and services sector " the total for all involved - the application of creativity and innovation in the development of professional competences in the tourism and services sector in foreign countries, in order to better career prospects. Currently, the preparation of a young man career, great attention must be paid to technology, innovation, creativity, the development of an information management capacity. There was a need for the public to have not only good professionals, but also for creative people, who are able to debate and doubt, a critical and free-thinking, he would adapt to the constantly changing world, and would influence the new ideas and work. We want to make our school students aren't afraid to be creative, to benefit from the practice management tips and best practices from the host organizations will take over and become more competitive in the job market. The target group of the project participants-course III, the small business service provider, computer and organizational technical operator, decorative greenery business employee and Chef specialties students. We expect that the four specialties students carry out 4 weeks work experience in foreign tourism and the services sector. Experience in foreign companies will give students the opportunity to expand not only in the field of professional competencies in the specific, but to gain entrepreneurial skills, exposing the business to organize ideas or to expand in Lithuania. Practice will help improve the capacity of the foreign students in General, will be shaped by the skills of intercultural communication, deepen foreign language skills. Mobility increases employment opportunities-students acquire practical skills abroad, familiar with the higher work culture, professional innovations, opportunities, better integrating the labour market. The experience of other countries who have completed their training, entrepreneurial skills, the students often muses about their business ideas in Lithuania. Participation in the activities of the project is important, both for the technological school. Thanks to the projects of international cooperation is developing between the EU countries and the technological schools. Improves students learning motivation, learning results (they affect the ability to go into international internships).
