The aim of this project is intensification of cooperation between organizations dealing with gender equality and increasing the professional, language, intercultural and organizational skills of the board members of the Women's Foundation, as well as providing them with new impulses for the conception work in the Foundation. Two members of the board take part in the project and both of them, not at the same time, cooperate two months long with two organizations from Berlin, participating in the running events in the area of education for equality in intergenerational and multicultural context. Each one of them will also conduct two 2-days works hops on subjects connected with the current program of these organizations and resulting from their former experience. The possibility to work in these organizations in form of "job shadowing" will be particularly valuable. It will allow to learn thoroughly standards and methods of their work. Expected outcomes of the project: increased ability of the Foundation to work on the European level thanks to improved intercultural, managing and language skills of their staff. Another outcome of the project will be including of good practices and new educational methods, which will be a long-term advantage both for the Foundation, and for the direct beneficiaries of it’s activities.
