The State Regelschule flea Seligenthal want to setup and install, which is characterized by intercultural competences and project manager skills to organize intercultural projects with European schools with the help of Erasmus + a working group.In this socio-cultural and artistic projects are at the forefront, as artistic strategies promote creativity in approaching processes. A student and teacher exchanges with other European schools should strengthen the community feeling of youth for Europe and prepare them for a European labor market.The colleagues are using Erasmus + learn how European and international projects planned sought performed will be evaluated and settled.Here are cultural issues for the ideation of projects is very important in terms of developing the international culture school.The school wants to send three teachers on intercultural project management training courses in order thereafter to be used as multipliers in the school and in the network.The network was created in the years 2011-2015 in the framework of the model program ,, Culture Agents for Creative Schools '' and includes two other regular schools of the district.Under this pilot program were realized over 20 artistic projects in the region. The seminar will be used to make many contacts with European partners and to expand the cross-cultural knowledge of teachers.Then they will inform other colleagues and coach and act as school-based Erasmus + facilitators, project managers and intercultural officer in our school and in the network of cultural schools.By forming a Erasmus + Teams training of the college and the network schools can be secured. The participatory attitude of the guiding principles of the School enables students, teachers, parents and cultural partners to actively participate in the planning and implementation of intercultural projects with European partners.Intercultural Education, European awareness, participation and youth work are the central themes of our project. Intercultural topics are becoming increasingly important for youth work, specifically with refugees and children with an immigrant background. The expansion and qualification for intercultural project management is by participating in the seminar a significant extension of competence. It is particularly important in the learning process of contact with teachers from other European countries, with an improvement of language skills and understanding of the cultural and educational contexts in Europe can be expected.The development of the European cultural school with network character helps to inspire children and young people through artistic and creative projects for the European idea, to enhance their language skills and to strengthen tolerance and cosmopolitanism.
