Our project, Sheep and Goat Breeders Association, Agriculture Directorate, Public Education Centers, vocational schools, Forest Management Directorate and the formal farming in private enterprises and non-formal education activities that teachers, engineers, veterinarians, agricultural technicians and leaders t for farmers Our province has an important sheep and goat breeding potential but still the traditional methods are being used in breeding and it faces with some important problems in present sheep-goat breeding. Unfortunately our sheep and goat presence is decreasing fast everyday and a forward step can not be taken from the point of fruitfulness. Development of sheep and goat breeding, increase the fruitfulness is the main subject in our region. For this reason, it is needed to examine what kinds of studies/works are being done in EU member countries and to apply the differences in our region. With this project, for the host countries, it is intended to have caring and feeding of sheep and goats, animal races, intensive lamb raising, milking, shearing, producing animal products, modern sheepfold building, used equipment, disinfection of sheepfolds, selecting of brood sheep and goat, mating of sheep, recording and monitoring of sheep and goat; marketing of the products such as meat, milk and wool; grazing of sheep on pasture, conducting flock. Social lives of the sheep and goat breeders and their relation with education centers, non-governmental organizations and state establishments will be examined and analyzed, and by transferring and applying the obtained knowledge and techniques to our country it will contribute the studies/works that will be done on this subject. The expected results from our project are; by transferring innovations in sheep and goat breeding into region, more modern, high production level animal breeding will be made; keeping up with EU agriculture policy will be supplied; qualified animal breeding personnel need will be provided; high genotype, quality and fruitful sheep races will be used; meat, milk and wool production will increase; more modern sheepfolds will be built; using of pasture effectively will develop; participants’ sustainable vocational knowledge, skill and on-the-job productivities will increase; consciousness of being a European will be formed; service quality in animal breeding, competition power, entrepreneurship and fruitfulness capacity of the project partners will strengthen; by forming continuous relations with the international firms that are related with animal breeding, trade relations will be developed. Training programs of our project, 62 people participating and 4 flow to the date of May 2016 for 14 days in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, czech republic and Finland will take place in the country.
