Participants of the project will be an adult students of Agricultural School from Kościelec - Wielkopolska. It will be a group of 25 students studying technical and technical agricultural mechanization of agriculture, who upon graduation will take over farms from their parents. Basic criterion for participation in the project is to conduct by them farm, which will be the primary source of income for the family in the future. The project responds to the needs of agricultural education . The strategy involves: - developing entrepreneurship - smooth functioning on the market; - extensive competencies (skills ); - flexibility in the labor market However, in terms of agricultural development we assumed to achieve the highest possible level of technological and economic development. The project, which we intend to pursue is innovative in terms of training, because of being implemented in Germany, where agricultural graduates are sought at the German labor market, not only in agriculture. It shows that the way of vocational training, mainly in the field of technology is wide and flexible. By participating in the project, students will learn system of vocational education in agriculture which is different in Poland. Moreover, the project aims is to help young farmers in farming in the EU agricultural market and improve their mobility in this area. This project is a reflection of needs that participants had when they start to gain professional experiences. By participating in the project participants gain master skills, that will facilitate and assist them in managing at the modern, European agricultural market. Schools attended by prospective participants treat foreign professional experience as a permanent element of vocational training, and that will be followed by positive changes in the Polish agricultural sector. Project developers: - In Poland – Agricultural School from Kościelec with the cooperation of the Chamber Agriculture in Poznan; - In Germany - German Training Centre for Agricultural Technology in Nienburg at Deula cooperation Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture and licensed farms of Lower Saxony. The objectives of the project are as follows: 1 / Mastering professional skills based on professional experience. 2 / Mastering skills to use modern technology in the field of plant and animal production. 3 / Learning to introduce other forms of management to obtain additional income on the farm 4 / acquisition skills in practice mechanisms of operating at the EU agriculture market 5 / Learning languages skills, getting knowledge about neighboring country, customs of its people and culture. 6 / Development personal, educational and cultural skills. Professional training will be held in period July-September 2016 on farms in Lower Saxony. The internship takes place in this period, as there are the most intensive work in agriculture, during which the trainee can get the best skills associated with the harvesting of cereals, collection of potatoes, cereals and oilseed rape seedlings sown and silage production for various purposes. Professional training in this period will bring the best results.
