The actions foreseen in the project include the following topics: teaching and learning foreign languages, issues connected with the labor market, including career counseling, the problem of youth unemployment and also creativity and culture. The aim of the project "Creativity is the key to success" is to improve basic competencies and skills of young people in the labor market, to strengthen intercultural dialogue and social integration, to gain the knowledge and new skills through informal and non-formal methods of work, to develop language skills, to provide opportunities to work in the intercultural team and gain skills in working with different age groups.
In order to achieve the scheduled objectives volunteers will work in our organization for 4 months. During that time they will organize workshops allowing to know Polish and Romanian culture, meeting connected with labor market, unemployment issues, culinary workshops, thematic meetings and language classes for different age groups. The main products of the project will be: DVD with European dances and brochure "Exemplary candidate for the employee" (including issues related to the preparation of CV and covering letter). Volunteers will run the blog presenting their activities within the project, they will take pictures, cooperate with different generations. Due to all planned activities we would like to motivate local community to work together and further development. We will make sure that the project will contribute to the largest intercultural integration, increase of tolerance, react against prejudices and at the same time promote broadly defined voluntary service. We believe that the activities planned within the project will motivate younger generations to learn foreign languages and show how crucial the ability to communicate freely with the citizens of Europe is.
