The first impulse to do such a project was the information received at seminars organised by Kraj Vysočina, the Chamber of Commerce and Dům zahraničních služeb in 2014 and 2015, where some particular European projects were presented. Those projects have lead to the improvement of the quality of services and activities of various organisations in the Czech Republic and within the European Union.The aim of the project, Using creativity to teach languages to adult students, is to improve language competences of teachers and students of foreign languages in Jazyková škola Honzík v. o .s.There are 2 participants of the projects, both teachers of English. All participants have proper language knowledge, but they know the limitations in their jobs which they would like to overcome, they would like to improve their work. The teachers feel a lack of possibilities to learn new methods, approaches, to improve their language competences, because there is an infinitely small chance to meet foreigner teachers and to attend good quality methodology courses in the region, Kraj Vysočina.The preparation activities will include observations in language classes of potential participants in the project, a survey among teachers, meetings of the project team, meetings of the project coordinator with particular participants. Following the return from a mobility each particular participant will be asked to write a report on his/ her mobility. Each participant will have an evaluation appointment with the coordinator of the project. There will be a presentation on newly gained experience and language competences for the staff of the language school within 4 practical workshops and a presentation for public, publishing the information of successful execution of the project in dayily newspapers, a project presentation will be placed on the website of Jazyková škola Honzík v. o. s. and on the notice boards in corridors of the language school.The expected result of the project will be the improvement of language competences of the teachers and students of foreign languages. The result will be monitored by observations, surveys among students, by appointments of the participants of the project and also students with the coordinator of the project.The realisation of the project is supposed to have an impact on the improvement of the quality of teaching foreign languages in the language school. By means of improved language competences of students of our public courses and also company courses in multinational companies eg Mann+Hummel, Fraenkische and Huhtamaki the level of the language knowledge will rise in the region, in the Czech Republic and the European Union.
