This project aims at supporting and training the teachers on all levels of their teaching skills. It is highly important for language teachers to be a role model for the students and therefore it is essential for them to be trained in the language they are teaching. In fact, this will take place by using written and oral activities. In addition, the teachers should also be taught how they can incorporate different media, such as texts, pictures, etc and especially the internet into their lessons in order to make them more interesting and effective. The reflection of all these didactic and also methodical principles are to be scrutinized and critically reflected. A basis for this is the exchange between teachers of various nationalities and therefore with different experiences in their way of teaching. To allow this exchange to be effective the groups consist of up to six persons. The project comprises an intense training on several levels, therefore it is evident that is also includes local activities and thus enables experiences in order to get to know the culture and mentality of the country. All these experiences should be shared with the teachers and students at our school so that we can benefit from this exchange as much as possible.
