The project " Let's communicate - learn - cooperate " is the work of the teachers who through the active involvement in Comenius projects have this feeling that they are a real challenge for teachers and students at primary and secondary schools to motivate for the learning of foreign languages , explore Europe's multilingual environment and bring learning at school by interesting topics closer to reality . Through the cooperation in international partnerships pupils and teachers get the opportunity to actually be part of the international community with everything that belongs to it - have a goal , strategy , responsibility and implement the specific activities into their school curriculum and share them with other partners from different countries . The means of mutual understanding is the common goal , common sense and understanding the outputs, using a common working language , with the possibility of preserving and promoting the use of their national language , culture and traditions and so tolerate the language , culture and traditions of the partners. The main goal of the project " Let' s communicate - learn - cooperate " is the improvement and expansion of language and professional competences of teachers of Primary and Secondary School in Babín. Through the process of improving language and teaching competences we want to develop the quality of education at our school. We aim to enrich the content of the school curriculum with new features designed to widen the European dimension of primary and lower secondary education, multicultural education and language learning . The project also aims to train and develop professional and practical teaching competences of teachers in creative teaching, management and administration of international school projects and mobilities with future perspectives. Working language of the international projects is mainly English. However, we have very good relationships with schools in the Baltic countries, too. We can understand each other in Russian , so we consider it necessary to improve the language competence of teachers particularly in these two languages. The project includes the following aactivities: 1. 7 - day language courses for 6 teachers in the UK and Latvia - CLIL - Creative methodology and language development - Young learners - Russian - language for teachers 2. a 5 - day project working experience at an international school in Luxembourg in English and Slovak section + preparation of a new international project with persepctives into 2016 - 2018 3. Implementation of promoting activities for students and the public - Europe Day , Day of languages - Month of books - reading in foreign languages 4. Dissemination of the project results - participants of teh project give feedback during the regional meetings of teachers - methodological practice and dissemination of good practice of the project in regional weekly newspapers and on etwinning - Twinspace
