The primary school Glane is interested in the planning and implementation of exchange programmes. For this we need to acquire better short term skills pertaining to management and staff skills. Medium term goals include new study techniques, learning organization (with focus on methodical diversity in terms of inclusion, transition kindergarten - primary school, integration of children with german as a second language) and teacher language skills. For the short term, the participation of two teachers at a course "projekt management for intercultural exchange programmes in Europe" is planned, in order to be able to plan and execute exchange programmes, by improving the above mentioned skills. By implementing the targeted changes, we epect to be able to create a markably improved teaching-learn-quality, by which the differing needsof scholars can be attended to. In this frame we are not only focussed on inclusion aspects, but also on a better integration of schilars with migrational backgrounds. We expect that the contact with European partner schools will lead to the development and implementation of new educational methods. Due to these positive effects, we would like incorporate the structure of exchanges with international partner schools into our school programme as afixed strucutre.
