There are 13 teachers who are going to take part in the project. All participants work for Zespół Szkół Nr 2 in Wyszkow, which is a complex of vocational high school, vocational school and high school. They train students to work in the following professions in the future: logistics, forwarding, trade, IT, electrician, mechanician, mechanician of vehicles, advertising, devices and systems renewable energy, and public safety. The teachers are going to two different places for a staff training to participate in structured courses abroad. One group of 6 people will go to Great Britain to take a part in course : “Innovative technologies applied to education” and second group of 7 teachers will gos to Italy to participate in course: “Interactive training and teaching tachniques”. The project will take place from 1st of July 2014 to 30th of June 2014. The idea for this project originates from teacher's needs to be in touch with the latest technologies and teaching techniques. Unfortunately, because of financial reasons, our school laboratories are not equipped with the most modern technology equipment, especially computer programs and other technological facilities. Teachers think that this kind of projects will help them to develop key knowledge and skills for conducting interactive training in secondary education; provides guidance in designing dynamic and interactive lessons through the use of role games, simulations and case studies to improve them competences; develop skills about innovative technologies, which can support learning process: the virtual interactive broad, the e-learning portals, social media for educative scope, educative wordpress websites, tablet PCs. The most important aims of this project are: ; the improvement of the quality of vocational education, the promotion and cognition of new technology especially those which contribute to the protection of the environment; the improvement of the knowledge of English; the propagation of the European citizen attitude; the opportunities for cooperation and mobility with Partner Countries. Besides, the results of this project are: Teachers personal and professional skills improvement, project final report and promotion of mobility project in our region, strong and well performing education which can provide citizens with the skills required by the labour market and a competitive economy; new school work plans for the future, the improvement of students' abilities and competence which will help them to find a good job in the future; promotion of using ICT; to extend the cooperation with Partner Countries.
