Miroi with the educational activitys for adults is in need of developing :- International Cooperation.- Pedagogical methods for developing distance education.- Methods to inspire students and increase their motivation to study at a distance.- Competencies in order to address adult students' needs: innovation, competitiveness and creativity.- Knowledge of compensatory aids and new methods for adult students with learning disabilities- Teaching portfoliosTeachers with different combinations of subjects and other staff will participate in the professional development . They will be based on their skills and needs to participate in different courses in how to design a digital portfolio. Staff participating in courses will be able to make connections with teachers and schools around Europe . International cooperation at Miroi will be developed and the European identity can be strengthened. This reinforces the awareness that we are an active part of the European Community.
