Educational project "Competence and different cultural in multiple languages ​​and a small child" is based on the assumption humanistic paradigm. It is in such dimensions as humanism, tolerance, altruism, empathy-to be seen education. Implementation of the project made it possible to achieve your goals: - Skillful communication in a foreign language in various situations - To learn the customs, cultures and religions of other nations, - Communication in team and group work, - Acquiring methods and techniques of negotiation to resolve conflicts and social problems, - ability to work in a team, - the use of information technology, - Unreserved way of solving problems, - Developing mental skills and personal interests, - Increase the prestige of the facility as using modern methods and leading international cooperation, - To achieve a greater ability to cause changes in terms of modernization and openness to the international community in educational organizations Reaching the goals of the project participants gained increased powers, greater motivation to take innovative measures, which has led to tangible results in their daily work with children kindergarten through: - Discovery of the children's regional and national identity, - Formation of self-esteem, - Awakening curiosity around the world, - Upbringing in the spirit of respect for diversity, - Introducing kids to the world of universal values, such as goodness, friendship, equality, fraternity. The number and profile of participants The project involved 9.teachers - Director - teacher school education, with a diploma sociotherapy , management of educational institutions and computer-aided teaching. - Coordinator of the project, the acting deputy director, teacher of pre-school education, with a degree in elementary English language teaching, educational institution management, computer-aided teaching and doctoral studies in the field of education. - Pre-school teacher with a degree in educational therapy - A teacher, a special education teacher holding a diploma, completed postgraduate studies in speech therapy, social therapy, - Teacher branch children 6-year-old, with a degree in Polish philology and management of educational institution - A teacher having qualifications in the field oligophrenopedagogy, speech therapy and nursery school, coordinator of the PPP in kindergarten, - Two teachers branches Children 3 years. One of the diploma elementary teaching English and the College of Business, the other with a degree in Polish philology. - Having qualified teacher of computer science using modern techniques of ICT. Actions 1. Training "Folklore and traditions native Malta" conducted by Sans Frontiers Europe, 122, 'Margin', Oats Street, Attard ATD 3015 Malta, represented by Dr. Cynhia Tamasulo - director 06/07/15r - 17.07.2015r. Number of participants - 4. 2. Training "History, traditions, customs and culture of Portugal" conducted by JC portugal & espana, Destination Management Company, with headquarters at Rua Infante Santo 14,9000-012 Funchal, NIPC 511083939, represented by Barbara Klary- director, 30/06/2015r. - 11/07/2015r. Number of participants -5. Training was prepared and carried out very professionally due to the excellent preparation of the personnel, qualified and experienced methodologists which brought Increase the skills and competence of the project participants: • improving learning skills, • raising the level of social competence, linguistic, cultural, • the acquisition of knowledge of the possibilities of using new working methods, approaches, techniques, teaching and working with students, • increasing competence in a foreign language. Training groups are multinational - from Portugal. Italy, Germany. The results and impact of the project In order to share the results of the project were carried out the following activities: - Publications on. Project journal "Głos Podhala", "Hejnał Oświatowy" and on p. Internet. - Prepare a DVD with ball games, songs and dances, productions, - Presentation of the local community about the project in the form of presentation, Exchanged experiences with others. kindergarten employees within the WDN, established cooperation with parents and the local community, TARGET GROUPS These dissemination activities reached: 1. educational personnel in the region and throughout the country. 2. community 3. parents and loved ones of our pupils.
