Project implementation gives the participants the opportunity to improve their skills and possibility of exchange experiences in an atmosphere of cultural diversity. Integration of the issues implemented in the project with the programming content that is thought enable more comprehensive look at the possibility of consolidating the various content and skills development of students. The main aims of the project are: • effective professional development through continuous improvement of our own abilities and raising skills, • knowing of methods of improving the effectiveness of the teachers, • grading the students (in the context of the key competences) as an integral part of the process of teaching and learning, • stimulating an open and flexible learning, not based on school subjects coming from the traditional academic disciplines, but from the key competences • invoking creativity and motivation to learn not focused on the selected students, but addressed to the whole school community, • minimizing the poor results of students, • developing the interpersonal skills of students and their own The project group consists of the ten employees (including service and administration staff). These people are actively involved in the work of the school. They understand the need for changes in education and their self-improvement. They represent various fields (subjects) and areas of school’s activities including the management, which will integrate the activities in the perspective of the tasks. In the range of development of the key competences of the students, teachers want to improve their skills and gain new competences that will let them create the best conditions for students' development. The activities plan includes, among others, conducting internal trainings for employees, integration workshops for students beginning education at our school and interpersonal communication workshops for teachers and students. As a part of hours at the disposal of the teacher will be implemented activities in which students will explore the basics of effective communication and its strategies and techniques (not just at the level the knowledge is transferred on the subject, but mainly at the level of social practice). Junior high school students will be offered the participation in the training camp "EuroWeek - School of Leaders" organized by the European Youth Forum. The basis of all activities will be mutual assistance, co-operation and exchange of experiences between teachers, not only in the project group, but widening the circle of activities for all employees of the school. Promotion and use of the project results will be carried out at the Erasmus + community level, local and inside level of the organization. All promoting the project publications which will be made, both in print and the multimedia way, will include written information about the source of funding, together with the logo of the Erasmus + and logo of this project. Evaluation of the mobility project of the school staff will be made at the external and internal level. This process will apply to several elements: the degree of the achievement of the the objectives, the progress of project work, the involvement of project's partners and participants, communication efficiency, quality of partnership meetings organization, increase of the competences of the teachers. In addition to the selected qualitative and quantitative methods will be used mentoring and feedback, based on competences. Interpretation of the data resulting from the monitoring and evaluation will be used to improve the activities during the next stages of the project. It will also increase the efficiency and effectiveness and help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the project. Participation in the project will have an impact on the enhancement and enrichment of the educational offer of the school. Publication of the results of cooperation in the Internet and local media will be also a form of promotion for the school. Parental participation in the project by helping children and participating in ceremonies promoting the project will cause that parents will support their children more responsible and actively and they will be directly involved in school activities of the students. The implementation of the project activities and implementation of the solutions developed during the course have a long-term potential. Improving of the interpersonal skills, the exchange of experiences and learning new ways of working by teachers will bring good effects not only during the project, but in the long-term professional practice. The acquisition of the key skills by the students will affect the strengthening of their self-esteem, improving ratings, but most of all it is the way to gain the skills and competences needed in the further development.
