Kjeller skole is a primary and secondary school with 530 pupils from 1st-10th gradeKjeller school is a primary school with 530 pupils from 1st-10th grade, placed in the heart of Kunnskapsbyen Lillestrom (The city of knowledge), in Skedsmo municipality. The school is profile school for science and technology and opened in 2010.The application for project funding through the Erasmus + involves three areas;1. Support to visit BETT in London, with seminars, workshops, school visits and networking in the field of ICT and technology in teaching.2. Support to visit and participation under ASE conference in Reading, with workshops, seminars, networking and visiting schools with high competences in science.3. Support for school visits and exchanges with schools that have the same priority areas as us and are willing to enter into partnerships. In the application is Belgium mentioned, but at this stage we have no final agreements. The eTwinning and use of built network will be aids to find the right school.A school development group of 12 people (4 from the managementgroup and 8 teachers) is established. Within each project a project plan will be set up to link school activities into visits and participatients. The aim is that the projects will provide change and improvement for student learning outcomes, and raise staff competence.The result through international cooperation will be sharing experience and through this increased awareness and better learning for students. In the longer term, we want students to be integrated into projects with collaborating schools, networking and resource persons outside Norway.
