The aim is through direct or indirect participation in the life , the work of the host organization " Focus - ETSZR " Volunteers activities provided under the project to acquire new knowledge and skills , competences / non-formal education / . Personal example , team work , communication a new language , explore new customs and traditions will enrich volunteers and give them : ? The opportunities for acquiring knowledge and competences; ? Duration of the project activities of the volunteers - 12/ months / 01.10.2014 - 09.31.2015 / activities: Volunteers will participate in educational activities , educational services , social support, informal activities and other supporting initiatives of the host organization . Their role will be consistent with the capabilities and competencies . Mission volunteers will always be under the guidance of a supervisor . Volunteers will have the opportunity to represent their country and culture by organizing food , exhibitions, slide shows - personal project. Volunteers will participate in educational activities educators by helping young people from different age groups. The activities will be primarily aimed at rationalization of leisure time of young people working on projects , work to "Center for Volunteer " , promotion of volunteering.
