On the occasion of the international exchange projects we carried out , we found a great need for the acquisition or improvement of language skills of our technical specialist teachers . They have a very strong interest in building long-term partnerships with our actual partner schools in the commercial sector (wood / electric / metal technology) and the development of regular exchanges of students under the Erasmus + program. Basic language skills are essential for the planning , implementation and evaluation of international projects and a oriented interdisciplinary teaching. The other two participating teachers have found out a need for structured training to update their knowledge . We will send a total of five teachers in structured training courses , three of which will take part in general language courses , two of specially tailored to their needs do. The two language teachers will take on challenging tasks in the advanced course , i. e. in the specialized course area and therefore require a particularly intensive training , especially also in terms of regional studies , technical language and methodological aspects in order to meet with the demands of the increasing heterogeneity of classes, but also with our vision of individual and differentiated promotion of pupils .
