This project is part of our vision. We intend to fulfill our dreams as all these goals we have set aim at the future. We are very committed and prepared to work hard in order to change with the future challenges as thinking and re-evaluating our values will be necessary. In order to fulfill our vision we are teamplayers and work in teams. Every team plays an important role in fulfilling the vision and the team members bring the resulst of the learning period to others. These results will then be used to refine our visions, dreams and goals. Our main goals are: ICT, co-operation with the education within the EU, cultural awareness and networking keeping in mind that the teacher training and the student exchanges will carry the pedagogical development further. All the participants are interested in and committed to developing the vision of Tampere TTS. They all work within special teams that aim at fulfilling the vision the school has set for the years to come. The goals for the project are set by these special teams to meet the common vision of Tampere University Teacher Training School.
