Partnership is one of the important thing to effect project quality. If the partners can be stakeholders projects are quality. Communication is the other important point of quality project. 18 youth worker, 2 trainer and 3 support person will meet in Turkey, Bursa. They will work for quality partnership for quality projects. Drama, brain storming, non formal education, in formal education, project circle management methods will be used in our project. The most important result of our project is, to organize quality projects in European level.
