Trade and industry around the Torne River consist of many different branches and especially many small companies within different branches. Those companies can be proportionately geographical spread from each other. In order to increase ability to compete within those small and medium sized companies in the national and international market can it be an advantage to cooperate in different cluster. Objective and aim The aim is to prepare a main application about developing different cross border company network and cluster along the Torne River. The objective in the preliminary study is to make a survey of present cluster, anchor the project idea and create opportunities for the main application.
