The program will be held in The Institute of Education of University of Lisboa and they will participate 14 teachers from the corporate schools, in order to be trained in the e-learning platforms and in the creation of classrooms with innovative educational tools. The Institute of Education is a new unit of the University of Lisbon aimed at research, teaching and intervention in problems of Education and Teacher Training in Portugal. Its major goal is to contribute to a better understanding of educational phenomena and training processes, thus working towards an improvement in the quality of education and training. Teacher and Professional Development in IBSEThis work package addresses the core project activities and tasks associated with implementing teacher education programmes in IBSE that include assessment frameworks and instruments.programmes in IBSE. The teacher education (TE) programmes used will consist of a mixture of on-line, short courses and summer schools as suits the particular situation in each participating country. A key part of the teacher education workshop is teacher discussion on difficulties they face in implementing change in their own classroom practice. This peer discussion will inform and support teachers who may be facing any resistance in their work environment.The program will be held in the academic year 2016 - 2017.
