There is a lack of public information regarding the Hungarian and Slovakian vocational trainings, job profiles and labour possibilities. This problem has been established the need for the project. Achievements: Citizens of Hungary and Slovakia often do not have enough information about education possibilities, job profiles or working possibilities concerning the other side of the border. Based on the successful e-jobguide information system and database on the Austria-Hungary border, the partners decided to create a similar e-jobguide system on the Hungary-Slovakia border area as well. The basis of the project was a research which analyses the labour market situation in the border area, assesses the demand of employers and employees and maps the available opportunities. The original project idea was complemented by a contact point network as well, which helps to get information about working possibilities abroad, provides consultancy services or collects the necessary documents for local citizens.
