The nowadays labour market requires qualified, receptive, brave specialists for whom it wouldn't be difficult to addopt to the changable work conditions. In Lithuania very often the pression is felt between the teaching institutions and the employers: the employers are not satisfied with the educated specialists at schools and the schools complain about the lack of finances, they are not able to support the bases of the practical teaching fully with the newest equipments which are used in their business. The employers want to employ the workers of high qualification, who have concrete work experience, who are competitive, enterprising, they look for workers, who are self-supporting, who would work qualified, who would not be afraid of challenges, that is why it very important to guarantee students' professional improvement, especially creating learning possibilities at the work place. The aim pf the project "Four wheels" is to create suitable conditions for the students of PE Daugai Technology and Business School of automechanic's speciality to get professional skills, which are needed for a lucky integration into the labour market. The number of the participants is 10: PE Daugai TBS automechanic's speciality 1-3 course students. Also in the project 2 leading teachers or workers would take part, who are responsible for the students practice. During the implementation of the project the participants would go to learning work places - interships to the autoservices in Czech Republic and Portugal. At the time of staying in learning work places the students would get knowledge and skills dealing with automechanic's speciality: would get acquainted with the equipment and tools used for repairing cars, their prepare, usage, would improve cars' diagnosis, cars' repairing practical skills. The students would better understand work organization, would get entreprise's skills, would improve speaking, personal competences. Tn the project's implementation and administration process would take part: PE Daugai TBS project's work group, a partnership organizations E.D.P - European Projects Development from Portugal and Agentura EDUCO from Czech Republic are appointed as project's coordinators. The planned project's results: to improve PE Daugai TBS automechanic's speciality 1-3 courses 10 students' professional skills; 2 presentations by students (Using Power Point) are ready about the got expierence during the intership; 10 papers are ready dealing with the topics of speciality. The project is useful for the students and for the school: the students' professional skills would be improved, they will know various technologies dealing with the project's spheres, they would get enterprising, speaking communicating and other skills, they would increase their confidence, motivation for learning, to reach a higher education, they would find a job easier, the school would become more attractive, because of being able to make suitable and attractive conditions, and , because of importing qualified workers, the image of the school would be better, the professional teaching's attractiveness would increase too. The students' interships in foreign enterprises would guarantee their enterprising in the labour market. As well as the example of the participants of the project would stimulate the other students to take part in school's life more actively as well as in teaching/learning process. The students' work experience in foreign enterprises, their knowledge and skills would stimulate the teachers to improve Automechanic teaching programme's content, material base's organization and the teaching process's organization. The project would have an influence on labour market: the employers would wish to take their team motivated, active graduaters, who has various work experience and more softly would assess professional schools.
