Keen on active life

The aim of the exchange project "Keen on active life" was to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among young people. Our actions was based on the principles of non-formal education - games, sports games, workshops, discussions, presentations. The project allowed the participants to become more aware regarding their own health, promoting physical activity and sport. The exchange took part 40 participants from the Polish Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
