In these days people who sometimes forget to give thanks for being healthy, remember this when faced with a disable person and keep it in their mind only for a few minutes. And than in the bustle of everyday life they go on their daily life. In their society educators are the ones who never forget this. Because in the classroom they are always with disabled. They care about with them both professional responsibility and humanitarian interest. It should be noted that children with disabilities like every human being want to establish social relationships with others, and maintain it, to be loved and to be appreciated. Inclusive education with individualized education programs ensure disabled and normal children's integration. No matter how good the quality of the education provided to children with disabilities is, ultimately if it does not make them a member of the society in which they live and does not allow to be accepted , the training will not work. Therefore; inclusive education be seen as a key service areas in the schools where children with disabilities of all types continued to and a number of measures need to be taken. No matter how any arrangement are well prepared in inclusive education , ultimately if there are no teaching staff who are willing, dedicated, patient, and ready to help to educate all the studies will be useless. The most improtant elements of inclusive education are teachers. Teacher's interest and enthusiasm to this area is of utmost importance. Both to create interest and enthusiasm and prepare education programs designed to make knowledge areas with pre-service and services that are essential to inclusive education programs is the most important stage of building the infrastructure for inclusive education. On the other hand the parents of children with disabilities does not know their children well, does not have a healthy path tracking for training and there is little expectation from the training of their children. There are domestic unrest and conflicts due to child. Some family-oriented activities should be made for these reasons. With the family education we want to convince them that with training many problems can be resolve and become wise than enoughto and tell them how can be imparted some behaviours to children and we aim to ensure their support and cooperation in studies at school. One of the thing we care about will be to adopt the phsical, social and psychological environments to the stuation of disabled children to ensure the desired results in inclusive education. To solve the problem we face to for years we want to run this project. With the project we wna to provide more contemporary education and training to our inclusion students, to reduce the difference is between them and their peers. Wit our project which will last for 12 monthswe will start diligence, and continue with awareness activities. 12 teachers as an activity of the project will be trained in Nederland Rotterdam in an institution named VSO De Hoeg Brug. All the knowledge and experience during the training will be shared first with the school community , then later with families in need and willing to all educators, families and will be shared with NGOs. We not only want to improve the quality of education for inclusive students with the lessons adopted with new methods and approaches but also to ensure to make the others to understand each other and and see the chrateristics of each other.
