The proposed project is aimed at 20 students of Averof SCHOOL LARISSA namely a senior zootechnics specialization. Students of Schools from across the Greek territory, are members of rural families engaged in animal husbandry and the process of developing their own business or to continue the family business of which they are members. The purpose of their apprenticeship in our school is certification of their skills, formal and scientific documentation of the production process to be followed in the production of livestock products, enrichment of knowledge and practice of preparing traditional products, the emergence and maintenance of old traditional methods. Please note that students are boarders at the premises of the school, attending because they really want it and not because they are forced to do so because "seeing" their education and growth driver of their entrepreneurship. The participants are the most dynamic factor in the preservation of traditional animal husbandry in Greece. Specific objectives of the project is to develop cooperation between our organization with local small livestock production companies cow , sheeps and goats products in Italy, cooperation with training providers who can offer opportunities "training" beyond the narrow learning objects, emphasizing the acquisition experiences for professional development and entrepreneurship. Also objective of the project is the dissemination of experience and knowledge that will equip students to those who are not selected to participate in mobility.
