This project is for youngsters aged 13-29 years old in Giresun town, this project will prepare young people for future work life and planning their career life. Projects duration is 6 month. This local project will support Giresun governorship, Giresun municipality and Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports. In the first step we will examine youth employment and youth career planning problems and reality by that time by collecting 15 youngsters for a month in workshops.During this time there will be fieldworks, surveys that will manifest wishes and expectations, at the end of project we are going to record all achieved datas and experiences in a small book.After we plan to have educational workshops and projects for University and high school students, we will present them abroad opportunities, career planning, PCM educations for developing their personality. In the fourth month of project we are going to organize 3 days career summits for university and high school students.Bu this project we will help youngsters to get more information about work and crafts that are ideal for them by dialogs and presentations given by professional people.In the same week it’s being planned to invite famous singer who will give concert, here we will emphasize career planning and gather Giresun youngsters together.We plan to connect with 2000 young people, in workshops it’s being planned to use general educational methods, in peer educations youngsters will develop their abilities in investigations and researches
