Kaliteli Erken Çocukluk Eğitimi İçin Avrupa Stajı

Female students of 3 Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools in Istanbul participated in our project. Within the scope of project, these students did internship on innovative learning models which are implemented in preschool education in our country. However, national agency did not allow to run of Holland which was an important constituent of project. Thus, project could not be completely applied as its application form.
Our project's goals were providing our participants chance of internship on innovative learning models which are implemented in preschool education in Europe and providing them chance of being favored individuals at the employment stage. These goals were achieved. Also, since our participants participated mobility activities abroad, their foreign language abilities increased, they contributed to Europe cultures and they had objective perspective by the help of getting to know foreign cultures.
In total, 30 female students and 3 companion teachers took part in applications in the institutions of Germany and Italy which includes High Scope and Head Start education Models, Montessori Education Model, Social Learning Model in Germany, PrimaryYearsProgramme education model. These lasted for fourteen days. When our students' department is considered, all students were female normally and also they were 11th grade.
As a project owner, our institution Levent Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School performed Italy run in the institution ‘'EUROPE FOR ALL'', our partner Ortaköy Zübeyde Hanim Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School performed Germany run in the institution ‘'Fides Education gGmbH''. As stated in the project application form, these activities took fourteen days.
After the mobility activities, our participants' professional competence reached third reference of European qualifications framework. Their vocational foreign language developed and they became more tolerant individuals. We reached these results in the short run but in the medium run, academic achievements of our participants will increase visibly, they will aim studying in university and they will represent their schools as centered individuals. They will be employed easier when they graduated. Our participants will have enough sufficiency when they graduated and so when they start to work, they will reflect their perfection on their work. Thus quality of preschool education will increase.
By the help of project, education quality of schools which leave positive impression on local and regional environment increased, their success rate in social activities increased and they became institution which graduate qualified individuals. Together with that our schools become attraction center, the dialogue between school and parent will strengthen. Thus, both students and parents will like school and dropout individuals will decrease.
