Our proposal named ?Qualified Staff, Profitable Energy ? is an Erasmus+ VET project which is targeted the students of the consortium consisting of Yenimahalle and Mamak Battalgazi Vocational and Tecnichal Anatolian High School in Ankara. Total 45 beneficiaries will be selected among 700 students who are studying initial vocational training at the consortium schools of the department Electric & Electronic Technologies, Building Technologies and Machine Technologies. In this concept, three different beneficiary groups consisting of three different vocational areas need to develop competencies which are related with their profession. At the end of the placement action, students who are studying at the department of building technologies will acquire competencies related with building isolation, students from electric & electronic technologies will acquire competencies related with lightening, students from installation technologies will acquire competencies related with installation isolation and students from machine technologies will acquire competencies related with burning equipments. The main purpose of the proposal is to increase the employability of our beneficiaries in workforce market by developing their vocational skills trough the energy efficiency sector.
