Start date: Aug 1, 2016, End date: Jul 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project "Innovative techniques and energy solutions in smart buildings" refers to BMS (Building Management Systems), systems that monitor and control the infrastructure of a building, reinforcing the factors of unhindered, efficient and totally safe operation. All controlled machines perform their function on schedule within the prescribed limits and under the circumstances - control commands that are designed from the study. Furthermore, it becomes possible to record the energy use of a building, monitor energy savings at regular intervals, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc. and it becomes possible to record keeping. The project is expected to inform and prepare the participant on new developments taking place in the professional sector and concern energy buildings. Preparing workers with specific skills, will help meet the identified needs as their own, and the labor market, strengthening the potential of companies in which these persons will be employed, leading to the development of the whole of the undertakings. So participants will:- Acquire abilities and skills to layout in a building energy facilities BMS system- Hire specialized knowledge in manufacturing energy buildings to gain increased job possibilities,- Practically apply their knowledge in real working conditions, and their training is limited to theoretical background and applications only in laboratories at the school,- Gain workplace experience. The plan also seeks to implement mobility, to achieve the following objectives:- know how to load in an energy building facilities of BMS system,- perform the installation procedures, regulation and control of facilities,- inform on the correct choice of control parameters of the premises,- implement facilities that respond and adapt to the requirements of each building to be characterized as an energy building. Through the project, the beneficiaries are to gain valuable experience and important skills, which is expected to help develop the ability to pursue and conquer on merit a place in the labor market after graduation. Expected results for the participants are to:- know how to load in an energy building facilities of BMS system,- perform installation procedures, regulation and control of facilities,- check that the application facilities respond and adapt to the requirements of each building. The methodology used for the project is based on preparatory - collection of applications, selection of participants, preparation of participants and travel, activities during implementation - theory, practice, visits - and actions by the end of the project - evaluation, impact. The expected impact on participants will gain knowledge and skills for the training object, the personal development and the strengthening of the concept of European citizenship within. Subsequently, the impact for the partners identified in the exchange of experiences and further networking and mobility.
