Tallinn Education Department aims to implement the learning mobility project as a consortium. Project aims are:- the implementation of inclusive evidence based teaching strategies and methods in the classroom in:Tallinna Läänemere GümnaasiumTallinna Pääsküla GümnaasiumTallinna 21. KoolTallinna Kadaka LasteaedLasteaed NõmmekannikeLasteaed Pääsupesa;- sharing knowledge and best practices within and between the participating schools in the frame of professional cooperation;- creating contacts with the educationalists from other countries for the development of the international cooperation.The teachers and management members will take part in the learning mobility, in total six persons, one from each educational institution.As a result of the project, the participants will acquire new knowledge on:- evidence based research and translation theory and research into practice, effective and inclusive approaches to improve the learning of pupils in the classroom;- good practices from different levels of education (pre-schools, schools, universities, knowledge organisations) of different European countries;- relevant, practical recommendations to improve the quality of education for all students at school and to have a bigger impact on learning.Based on received new knowledge the participants develop their skills to manage with the children/ pupils with different needs and readiness to implement new teaching strategies and ways of activities in the classroom. The project long-term impact will follow from the results of the learning mobility and its better implementation in the frame of follow-up training course for the teams of participating organisations.
