Start date: Dec 1, 2015, End date: Nov 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Audentese School, an organization caring for its employees, applies for a mobility project that gives its motivated teachers the opportunity to develop and challenge themselves, and thus to contribute to the school development activities, both teaching and management level; to raise the school's competitiveness in Estonia and on international level; establish contacts, gain new knowledge and skills for curriculum development. Future participants are both teachers and members of management - in the field of e-learning, teachers of IB program and Estonian curriculum. They include both the upper secondary and basic school biology teachers, a debate club and study skills teacher ( also being the acting IB coordinator), secondary school and the IB Diploma English teacher (who is also the head of the Estonian DKG, a international society for key women educators), e- learning coordinator (form of distance education for high school students), social studies teachers and manager of extracurricular activities. Project application and applications from participants are the prerequisites for the implementation of the project. All school staff had equal possibility to apply and submit their motivation letter with other data of the course chosen. All submissions are included in the project application. Contracts and detailed information will be delivered depending on the results and answer from NA, but no later than one month before the start of the first mobility. This project includes mobilities, active participation in conferences, interactive and hands-on trainings and workshops as well as strong theoretical courses - in some cases, several methods are integrated. Important parts of this mobility project are also staff meetings throughout the school year and in-school training days for sharing experiences; also the feedback, both to project manager and through the Mobility Tool. Throughout the mobility project every part and aspect is monitored by project manager, who has international experience in participating in different trainings and courses. The needs of each participant and their own work plans are considered and accounted individually. Monitoring is carried out through regular communication and reporting. All financial decisions and substantial changes must be coordinated with and approved by the project manager. If necessary, the organization's support and assistance of other professionals is provided, i.e. IT Specialist, Human Resources Manager and others. To analyze the results of the project satisfaction surveys, interviews with teachers', their self-analysis are considered. As well as changes in educational outcomes, and attendance in lessons are good indicators. In a narrower sense results could be analyzed considering the feedback from participants and also based on their initial applications and motivation letters, the realization of the expected outcomes by teachers themselves. As a result of these mobilities - the name of the school will be placed at the international level and give advantage among schools in Estonia; already motivated teachers are willing to contribute to the school development activities, both in teaching and at management level; the school and the teachers have created international contacts; gained new knowledge in their field, also specific skills. And not to mention the bonus that is the satisfaction of teachers participating, feeling and being valuable to the organization.
